Who's behind this

"This started as me teaching myself marketing from scratch. Now it's the thing I look forward to every day."

I built Growth by Camille from nothing. No marketing degree, no agency background, just a genuine obsession with how good brands look and feel online, and a refusal to let another lash tech or esthetician hand their feed over to a template. I taught myself strategy, content creation, and everything in between, and I still do every bit of it myself.

I get to work with people who care about their craft as much as I care about how it's presented: an esthetician perfecting a new protocol, a stylist opening her first suite, a realtor walking a listing for the first time. There's something I genuinely love about translating that care into something people can actually see and trust.

What keeps me doing this is the mix. One day I'm shooting content on-site, the next I'm building a content calendar or mapping out hashtag strategy. It never feels like the same job twice, and every client's aesthetic is different, so I never get to coast on a formula. That's exactly how I like it.
